floor tom = 8 month !!!!!

I made a command for a pearl export floor tom in February ... now the dealer told me that I will not receive my tom till october .... how in the hell it can be so long ... they told me 3 to 5 month .... in october it will be a 8 month delay ????

I'm very pissed off ..............

I dont think that is very cool from Pearl to tolerate this kind of delay ... :mad:

Well I can't see how a EXPORT floor tom could took take long.


I've heard of worse cases when it comes to special orders..

The dealer told me that it's a special order .... he said that when you order a piece and not a set , Pearl have to consider it as a special command but the told me that the maximum could be 5 month not 8 month ?

Someone know an email adress to contact Pearl directly .... I would like to have some explanation and I can't really cancel the ordrer ... I left 100 $ as a deposit ....

As far as I know a special order is from 4 to 6 months, but there are rumours saying that Pearl has some problems delivering? I don't know for sure.

Perhaps your dealer is confusing the Export delivery time with Masterworks extended delivery time. 00**
