By the way, your "practice conga", as well as the LP825 practice conga, inspired me to have a cabinet maker cut my 10" and 12" tube cajons down to only 3" deep so that I could mount them with the upper portions of S2000 stands to my drum rack (to be played by hand)!

I had him reattach the rubber rings and feet at the bottoms, as well as the Pearl badge, so they now look like factory-issue shortstack cajons!

The cabinet maker ended up doing the job for free because he wanted to keep the useless bottom 25" of the "tubes" of the two cajons to use as animal traps for hunting!

Of course, I did buy another set of 10" and 12" tube cajons to function normally in my percussion rigs! :-)
