Using drum-set technology the PTB-10 offers a drum-key tunable head using regular tension rods for quick and precise tuning eliminating the need of carrying extra screwdrivers that sometimes strip or slip off the screw. It’s outfitted with a plastic medium weight high grade drumhead (for you drum set guy’s it has a Ambassador likeness) and is designed for maximum resonance at all dynamic levels especially when played with hands, but even more so, it’s durable enough for drumstick or brush applications too- making it the perfect add on for those set players desiring unique voice.
In addition to that its sturdy frame is standard 10” diameter size to fit all brands/series of drumheads allowing you replacement head choice for just the right sound. Plus there’s many set-up possibilities including multiple configurations within your kit or percussion rig, and they make ideal Jungle Toms when used in conjunction with a 16”x16” floor tom and our JG-16 Jungle Gig Adapter providing staggering sound possibilities - that must be heard to believe!
