any pearl guy who knows the answer to the topic, please help out, i really like BRX, but ocean sparkle is really great.

i'm pretty sure that since the brx is also from the masters series that they will do a special order finish in ocean sparkle. this will obviously take a lot longer but i think it would be worth it. that's a nice finish for sure.

That should be no problem with Pearl.

We just special ordered a distinct color in BRX for another customer. It's always worth the wait if that's truly what you're looking for.

Is there a significant upcharge for this. And if so, does it put it in the Masterworks price range? What would be some of the color choices for special order on BRX or MMX? Could I get a red sparkle laqcuer in BRX or MMX? Just curious.

You can take stock colors from other lines,but not a color not regulary offered..like red sparkle..Since Ocean Sparkle is offered already,we can do it for you..The charge is the same..It IS a special order and extra delivery time is expected..4-6 months..

When you say: "you can have any color from other lines", then is it possible to have the MMX in a SRX color?

Thanks Carl. As always you the man. I am picking up another section of ICON rack (to customize mine even more) tomorrow, and the cymbal holders for each of the corners.

The only sparkle lacquers right now would be Ocean and Silver or is their any other choices that might not be common knowledge?

Correct..Silver and blue..Theyre not going to paint SRX or lower lines sparkle though..
