that's what polls are for..to see if the public shows a demand for it
After reading this in the wood hoops poll, I just couldn't resist!!:D
Don't get me wrong, this was just for laughs! I love my Pearl's and they were worth every penny!

Actually, you CAN get a free drum from pearl.
IF you buy a new Export set... there's that free tom offer.

I would agree! I mean, why don't they think about the people with financial need? (lol, i dont need financial help) ....I'll just take a SRX kit and a Masters and go on with life.....oh, and a couple Zildjian Cymbals, too!

Bah, going out is overrated!
But actually, that's why I practice so much! Hopefully at some point I'll be good enough that I get to play out. 'cause we all know the drummers are the ones that score all the chicks.

I voted no..Pearl would be out of buisness in no time, and then where would we get our drums? :)

I think the very idea of Pearl expecting us to take all their stock kits and store them in our own homes free of charge is nothing short of outrageous. I say No. Pearl should in fact pay us to take these drums off their hands...........

As a college student...I voted Yes.
Which brings me to my next point, How about a "help-the-starving-college-student-get-a-masterworks" scholarship?:D

well dah of course everyone wants free drums! If you don't, you're a little weird or youre lying..............STOP LYING! They would only give free drums away to drummers that they endorse. But maybe a little free crap here and there would be nice!!

i think if you buy like a masters kit they should give you a free tom if you ask for it, or maybe bags or cases or a throne. the more you spend the better free stuff you should get

Now there's an idea Pearl should consider...
"Buy a Masterworks, get free bags and cases for all the gear you order..."
Interesting...

This is really a stupid and pointless thread...I feel dumber for actually reading it. Maybe your next thread started can be a poll asking "Who would want a horse to kick them in the nuts?" that would be just as mentally stimulating.

technically, I think that would go under the "chit-chat" threads

So sorry to rain on your parade:rolleyes: 94 people found it stimulating enough to vote. Ever heard of just doing something to be funny? Why does everything here have to be so serious? Perhaps more than 11 posts will show you how to lighten up?
This was for a "laugh", not to be taken seriously, which you apparently tried to do.
When do you want that other thread? Or are you gonna do it yourself?

Agreed Hollywood!
My wife says her friends say disgusting things they want to do to me when they're watching my band play.
...Even more so, when the band lets me overplay:p
Peace
