Oh crap, I haven't seen drum corps since the 02 indoor championships in Dayton OH. I think MCM finished top 3, didn't they have some Incubus-themed show? RCC (Riverside Comm. College) cleaned the floor with everyone back then

no I don't march with them. (yet at least)
My instructor marches snare for them.

i'm thinking that RCC might come in first but a close second with MCM.

If that happens, I I'll like never march another WGI show or support it ever.
not really though. I would be seriously dissapointed, however.

edit: RCC's show is pretty sweet though!! got to admit.

RCC's line is so nasty this year... I think they'll take first. Interested to see what Rhythm x and aimachi have in store, and of course mcm.
How bout that GMU drumline?! Independent open, check em out if you're in dayton for championships.

I was supposed to be going to dayton playing rack for an independent open group, but I couldn't afford to miss any school days.

nah im not goin to dayton. GMU should make finals and medal, from what I've heard from the other groups in their class, i don't know if they'd win it, but they'd certainly be in the top 5 of i think 8 or 9

I personally think RCC has it but I'm a little biased because the cymbal tech at my school marches with them

well I guess you could say I am little biased aswell because our main instructor is marching snare for mcm this year and our pit tech aged out from playing marimba and two rack players from mcm help out aswell.

Top 4 were all awesome, but that intro-first battery entrance in RX's show just owns. One of my fav ensemble moments of the weekend.

ok I'm over being upset about third.

but yeah entrance is pretty dang awesome! along with the body movements.
I like touch alot more than gone.
