What about Carbon Fiber?
Are there any color options for it?
Since all Carbon Fiber drums I've seen are black....

I think it would be very uncool if every drummer who bought a Carbon Fiber kit had the same color for his kit....
One of the best things about MW is having a unique drumset, that only you have one like that, people can recognize you playing when they see your kit, this idea is very appealing to me, and even better, imagine people recognizing you by the SOUND you get from your kit....that would be very cool

Well...I don't play hockey, and only play Pearl shells. As far as dashboards they're all over the place..I even have it on mine..
PS..Its black
Its all thats offered at the current time..Maybe in the future different colors..??

As far as I know its a yes..There may be an upcharge..I know you'll say,the price change is only in shell size and Artisan vs regular finish, but there are SOME stipulations..
I mean if a guy wants a 24k gold shell,do you honestly think he'll get it for same price as regular finish? Not to say we make 24k gold shells.Im just using that as an example..
The illusion paint is very very expensive.I am checking with my guys in Taiwan on this..When they tell me..I'll certainly let all of you in on it..
In the meantime,sit tight..
Thanks,Carl

No I don't,but if you go look at hot colors like that in the store in spray cans-the neons, they look like that..No one has gotten that brave to buy one in the US yet..

your right tho...that would require bravery...imagine waking up and realizing that you spent $6000 on a kit in neon green. i mean, of course its the sound that matters, but choosing the color is the hardest part in choosing a MW (or any other custom kit, god forbid...), am i right?!

Question for you.
I have a Pearl Masterworks kit in a red fade. This kit is a single head kit. I haven't seen these listed anywhere in Pearl's ads. I love the tones I can tweak from this type of kit and the different head configurations I can use between upper and lower tone toms. Can you give me any info on this type of kit? The serial numbers are consecutive from the 20x20 kit thru the seven toms that complete the set.
Thanks for any information available.

i have worked with marlbleizer. your base coat can be what you want, but a black pearl will bring out the marlbleizer color better. i have done a teal green base with silver marlbleizer. some guys will take a candy color and go over top the marlbleizer. for example, black pearl base, white marlbleizer, with a blue candy over top. candies are transpartent. looks wicked. if your courious then go to the House of Kolor website. www.houseofkolor.com.
