Best Heads/eric Singer Sig

Just wondering which heads the Pros would recommend using on my new Eric Singer Signature snare?

I'm a fan of Evans Genera Dry/Hazy 300. But you can also use a G2 (Emperor if you like Remo) coated and a Hazy 300 (or Ambassador Snare Side if you prefer), or evan a coated G1 (Ambassador) over the Hazy 300 (Ambassador Snare Side).

Depends on the sound you want to hear out of the snare.

Remo coated CS over hazy Ambassador. Versatile without sacrificing durability.

Play mainly rock ,it came with a Remo Weatherking Ambassador clear snare head on the bottom, but a Pearl head on the top.

Remo Ambassador Coated. Makes ANY snare sound good. (providing you can tune ;))

I own this drum and here`s what I use, Aquarian Coated with the Power Dot underneath (like the Remo CS, but more durable) and the stock resonant head. I also use PureSound 14 strand Equalizer snare wires. This is a very versatile combination. Try it, you won`t be sorry!

ntime, I may give those Puresounds a shot. I've been thinking of changing the snares but not sure what to go with.

^ The best combo IMHO right there. The Remo CS coated Reverse Dot helps eliminate the 'ring' that the Eric can put out because of the 12.5mm shell thickness and die-casts.
