DCI world championships not to be televised???

Whats the Deal with this?
Last year i was so anxious to watch the DCI world championships on espn2
and this year when I finally remember
They go ahead and cancel all television broadcasting.
Nobody can see the world championships now unless they go to it.
What do you think of this?

My college adviser mentioned that to me. I was pretty surprised to be honest. I guess they just couldn't afford it.

Lack of advertising sales by ESPN2 is what would have killed it. It is not like the old days where all we had to do was endure the annual beg-a-thon on PBS.

It's called the Fan Network - I suggest you get it! I know Finals won't be on FN but Semis will.

i'm pretty sure that semis will be an APD on the fan network

even when they show dci on espn 2 it sucks cause they super edit it, and you only get to see like, 3 min of every show...
