They would probably prefer you speak to a dealer, which is probably why there is no email address for Pearl on the website (when I last checked).

It depends on the nature of your issue. Pearl normally prefers you talk to your dealer for most issues on orders since they don't want to create the habit of people bypassing the dealers for info and then you slow Pearl down and annoy the dealers since they are not informed.

What exactly is the issue?

The only time you should even try and contact Pearl directly in most cases is if the dealer refuses to help or it's a non warranty issue. Otherwise the forum's "First Aid" section would be seen by Pearl Customer Service staff.

I ordered my VLX on may 5th. At the time the drums were In stock. When I called the dealer yesterday, he checked and the order was not confirmed as of May 23rd. Why aren't they shipping my drums(Which are paid in full for over 2 weeks now)?
