Does anybody know if you can order the new Optimounts online anywhere, like the ones that are on the Reference kits. I'm not diggin' my I.S.S.'s anymore, and the new Optimounts look sweet. Any suggestions on where to find them online? Thanks.

What kind of kit do you have? If you have an Export, the new Optis won't work on the 8" or 14" toms, because they don't have a standard number of lugs, and you can't bend those cast pieces of s**t to fit like you can with the old Optis.

I bought mine from the guys at Massmusic over a year ago. I don't know that you can find them on their website, www.massmusic.net, but you can certainly call them at (888)805-8004.
HOWEVER, take rockCORE-ant's advice and wait a week to see what secrets are unveiled at NAMM.

the die cast mounts will not fit all the drums.
use the older models, they do require some labour to fit to 8 and 14 toms but the others should fit fine.
cheers.
