http://www.myspace.com/drummerjez listen to gremlins in norweigen death fields. its kybd, drums, and bass recorded live then vox(aka random stupidity) done over top. it's a joke song with no real words.

then there's my band

www.myspace.com/exterminationpa
it's death metal .. which is EXTREMELY difficult to record. the vox are off time in false god and h.d.q inferno is completly done.

everything recorded with cad 7drum mic package, musician's friend cheap mic cables, and a yamaha mixer i bought off a friend it has 10 pre's it went into my laptop by an instrument cable with a 1/4"-1/8" adapter to get it into my soundcard

I like Extermination... cool stuff, except record to a click next time i noticed some tempo changes that definately didn't sound intentional. Also the drum mix could be a little better and higher. At least the snare. Your kick work is pretty sweet!

For mixing it all at once..it sounds pretty good.

I'm not a fan of metal music though..but nice double bass.

cool. yea .. still need a bit more work on the mix. i'll work more on using a click, but we don't want to sound like a machine. old metallica and slayer didn't use clicks (atleast i don't think they did) i'm not sure about morbid angel and deicide but i don't think they did either (the kinds of stuff we're trying to play) now everyone uses them for everything and the music doesn't breath.
