Our Marching Toms all feature 6 ply 100% Maple shells that provide unsurpassed strength and richness of sound. Extra deep shells and Sonic Cut maximize resonance and increase focus and projection on these toms. The rounded bearing edges eliminate unwanted overtones for superior clarity. All drums feature our 2.3mm SuperHoop II for increased strength and durability. All aluminum alloy tension casings sport a sleek appearance with substantially reduced weight to provide years of dependable service.
The Championship series 12" and 13" come with 8 tension casings instead of 6 for improved tuning accuracy and even dispersion of tension. The 6mm case hardened tension bolts permit the highest tension possible without failure performance after performance. Sets include 40mm tom spacers for "close-in" positioning and improved playing ergonomics with better weight distribution.
Championship Marching Toms are Available in #33 Pure White, #46 Midnight Black, #92 Aurora Blue, and #94 Candy Apple. These Colors coordinate easily with any uniform!
