Well, i cant walk right now due to injury so im forced to sit in the drum room for countless hours everyday. My M-Audio Bx8a's wont be joining me and my ears for a long time now.

My Alesis multimix 16 Blew this past week and is beeing sent back to be fixed. And ill be happy if i get it back within 2 months...

So without a mixer, means i cant use my nice speakers or do any recording for a long while!

So please, mourn with me **$

This makes me glad I've got an M-Audio Audiophile 2496, so I can have backup if anything happens to my interface/monitors.

It also has MIDI :)

well i just cant play my speakers without a mixer, there would be no way to control the levels easy, so im just going back to my regular speakers for a while.

...so get an M-A Audiophile 2496 and some 1/4"-RCA adapters! Problem solved! It sounds amazing too, and I think it was voted "best soundcard" at one point, and you can control all the levels in the M-Audio control panel.

It rocks! For $99 or less, you can't go wrong. And like I said, it has MIDI :)
