Lugs for All Maple 12" x 8"

Hi I have an All Maple kit from the 80's I'm very happy with. I would however like to cut my 12" tom down to 8" in dept. Therefore I need 6 long Pearl lugs for an 8" deep tom from that area. Pearl are all out.
Can anybody help me please?

the only way you can get more lugs is probably ebay.
