The FXP-1412 features a 4 ply, 5mm 100% maple shell with 4 ply, 5mm 100% maple reinforcement ring for a pure sound with maximum playing response. The Aluminum alloy edge ring and rims are designed to easily withstand super high tension for that classic Scottish tone. The FXP-1412 also includes totally free-floating lugs providing unrestricted resonance and optimum projection a must have for the games. The Upper snare mechanism allows single adjustment of both the horizontal and vertical snare tensions coupled with the bottom snare strainer and free floating mounting brackets offers extreme fine tuning adjustments.
All tension bolts are 6mm Stainless Steel permitting the highest tension without failure - performance after performance!
Also available separately is the LR-30 Leg Rest and CH-5S Carry Hook.
The FXP-1412 is available in the following high gloss lacquer finishes to coordinate with any uniform: #109 Arctic White, #110 Sequoia Red, #122 Black Mist, #125 Teal Blue and #126 Emerald Mist
