1980 Pearl 5 Piece

I have a 1980 Pearl 5 Piece Rock Maple Wood set with Silver Satin wrap. Not sure of how many ply's (5-7 ?) Also, any other info would be very interesting about this set. I bought it new and would be fun to learn some history. Thanks!

can't help much with the drums, but to attach a pic, just scroll down a bit to the "manage attachments" button and press it. Then hit the browse button, locate you pic on your computer (it's easiest if you just drop it on the desktop) click on the picture, and click "upload" then you can close the manage attachment window and post normally. There are file and picture size maximums, but I don't know exactly what they are. Something like 800x800 ish.
