Help Identifying Set

This is my set that I am going to sell. I was hoping to get an accurate description. Can any of you guys help me out? I am pretty sure it is a lower end set and I know it is pre-1997.

Looks like something along the lines of what is now the Forum from the pre-Forum days-looks like it's from the 80s at the latest. Not sure what model it is, though.
