Carl, Gene, anybody, Do you have any idea on the date of this “psychedelic” version of the Pearl badge logo?

This photo is from an May Ebay auction where this snare went for just $43.

It had (has) 10 President Diamond Cut lugs and the tall S-014 style throw. That’s also the pre 1969 lighter shade of blue sparkle wrap.

the closest thing i could find was the silver scripted badge from the 60's..but that isnt exact.:confused:

Yep it looks like the embossed & painted aluminum badge construction they started using on the Presidents in ‘69 and for all models later...

Looking into it..I think that was issued in Japan only,but checking..I have a 69' 4 pc set in that color, but it sports the red "P" badge, not this one..
