back order??

i'm trying to order a few component srx drums and was told it could be up to 6 months for delivery....anyone else get a response like that from trying to order?

I've been told it could be up to 3 months for an 8" ELX tom.

I ordered my SRX's the first week in febuary......I got 8 of the 12 drums i ordered 2 or 3 weeks ago.......But i had to turn around and send them back....they had some finish flaws.....I was originaly told that everything was in stock.....then found out most of the drums i wanted were on back order......being that i sent all the drums back, i dont know how long im gonna have to wait.....but...the drums are worth the wait....i believe SRX drums to be top quality drums.....and exports are awsome to Pearl rules!!

i just ordered an 8x8, 8x10 and a 16x18 bass drum in the cranberry fade. they called pearl and said they had the bass drum and 8 in stock, but the 10 coul dbe a while.....6 months!
i hope not, in the past pearl has hooked up some pretty good turn around time.....come on baby. i'm super antsy to get some new gear....
