what to do with old junk parts

Hey

I was wonder what I should do with junk parts when im restoring a drum. Like the pieces that are rusted or wrap that is faded. Is it worth saving or should I jst throw it out?

save save everything, i practically built an extra kit from extra parts

i say keep them, you never know when they might come in handy one day.

If the wrap is something rare, leave it. If you decide to sell, people pay much more for an original wrap then a re wrap.

As for rusty parts, clean em' up! Take some chrome cleaner (CLR works) and go at them with a rag or a buffer pad on a mini dremel.
